We have some big news!
We have a collection of the best hotels in the world to share with you - but it’s not new. In fact, it’s old. We have gone back 30 years, back to when Condé Nast Traveler first started creating our famous annual hotel lists and awards. And we pulled out only those hotels that have won all three of our flagship awards—the Hot List, the Gold List, and the Readers’ Choice Awards—at some point in the past 30 years. This small collection of hotels is now part of an elite group, the Condé Nast Traveler Triple Crown Winners—beloved by the travel industry, by our own editors, and most importantly, by you, our readers. A reminder of how our annual lists are created:
The Hot List spotlights the most talked about new hotels to have opened in the past year. These are the places making waves in the travel industry.
The Gold List is our own editors’ favorites—hotels our team has visited in the past year that remind us why we love our jobs.
And our Readers’ Choice Awards, where more than a million of you—our audience of the most discerning and clued-in travelers anywhere—vote for your favourite hotels across more than a dozen categories.

CNT Triple Crown winners must have appeared on EACH of these lists at least once in the past 30 years. It’s a totally transparent process. In this way, CNT Triple Crown is a collection of trophy winners, favored by the industry, our editors, and of course our readers. These hotels are truly the best of the best, by all standards. It’s a selection we absolutely stand by and that you can trust. Making this launch even more exciting, I am thrilled to share that we are launching CNT Triple Crown on our website with our new Storefront capabilities. This means you’ll be able to explore every single one of the nearly 400 Triple Crown hotels first-hand reviews and book them directly from our website, www.traveler.com.
Plus you’ll see so many of our editors’ personal takes and tips from their favorite Triple Crown winners. I will never forget, for example how the staff at La Mamounia, the grande dame of Marrakech, spent hours hand stuffing dates with walnuts for me when they learned of my love of the snack or how I would swim and spot whales every leisurely evening at Mexico’s unequalled One&Only Palmilla. We are so excited to share this news with you and to give you a first look at this exciting new franchise in the CNT family. Coverage of individual winners will take place all year round across all our platforms, so make sure you are following us on our website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.

"Passionate conservationists Jaisal and Anjali Singh created Suján Sher Bagh, their beloved Ranthambore safari camp. Stylish tents oozing with soul allow the sustainable exploration of the jungle and its tigers—alongside Jaisal’s legendary slow-cooked meat curry, served when you’re lucky enough to catch him there."

"Every morning I stayed at the One&Only Palmilla, I walked on the beach at sunrise, watching the waves crash over the rocks as golden light spread like stardust over its swimming pool and pink bougainvillea. Every afternoon, I ate fish tacos for lunch. Every evening, a long swim, music, whale spotting, a million stars in the sky. Every day, bliss."

"When you arrive at The Newt in Somerset, they tell you, this is not a hotel with a garden. It’s a garden with a hotel. And that explains the entire philosophy: a reverence for nature, for organic ecosystems, for the land and its produce. You eat exceptionally. You celebrate a butterfly, a bud, a beehive. You connect the dots between nature and science, history and geography, tradition and innovation."
